End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the software, Visa Bot, and related digital services provided by Into Mexico We Go LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) via www.intomexicowego.com

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Visa Bot, Premium Kits, and other software-based services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Visa Bot or Premium Kits.
Use the software to provide services to others in a commercial or professional capacity.
Use the Visa Bot or content as a substitute for immigration, legal, or financial advice.
Interfere with or attempt to bypass any security or payment systems on the Website.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Visa Bot, software, digital products, Premium Kits, templates, and supporting materials remain the property of Into Mexico We Go and its licensors. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license expressly granted in this EULA.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the software and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE VISA BOT, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTO MEXICO WE GO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTO MEXICO WE GO LLC, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE VISA BOT, PREMIUM KITS, OR SERVICES.

7. GDPR Compliance

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

8. CCPA Compliance
