1. General Policy
All of our products are digital (e-guides, Visa Bot Premium Kits, and add-ons). Because digital items are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except in the limited cases described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

Defective or inaccessible files – If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or does not match its description.

Add-On Services (referrals, concierge, or similar) – Refunds are available if the service has not started within 7 days of purchase, or if we are unable to provide the service and no alternative option is offered.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered successfully.

No refunds will be issued for changes of mind after purchase.

We are not responsible for outcomes of third-party services (such as visa facilitators, legal representatives, or government agencies).
4. EU/UK Customers
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days. However, by purchasing and consenting to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
