At Into Mexico We Go, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy for digital products:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Digital products, including e-guides, are eligible for a refund if they are found to be defective or not as described.

    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, and the customer has acknowledged the loss of the right to cancel, refunds will not be granted unless the product is defective.

  3. How to Request a Refund:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@intomexicowego.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.

  4. Processing Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5 US business (including US holidays) days of approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.

    • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  5. Exceptions:

    • No refunds will be issued for changes of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed.

    • For faulty or incorrectly described products, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
